Grupo de Estudos sobre Teoria e História da Historiografia da Universidade Federal de Campina Grande, liderado pelo Prof. Dr. Gervácio Batista Aranha. Entre Abril de 2009 e Maio de 2011 foi coordenado pelo bolsista Reuni Elton John da Silva Farias; a partir de Maio de 2011 a Junho de 2013 teve à frente da coordenação o bolsista Reuni André Luiz Almeida Ouriques, ambos atualmente Mestres em História pela UFCG. A coordenação, a partir de agora, e pelo fato de a bolsa Reuni não ser mais concedida aos Programas de Pós-Graduação, fica a cargo dos membros mais assíduos do Grupo, dentre eles os dois citados, o Mestre em História Josinaldo Gomes da Silva e o graduando em História Hugo Paz de Farias Braga, ambos pela UFCG.
Grupo de Estudos Permanente que visa discutir e aprofundar temas de Teoria da História, com uma Programação prévia organizada por semestre letivo, objetivando atender toda uma demanda reprimida, no curso de História, no tocante à reflexão sobre temas diversos no âmbito da epistemologia histórica, temas estes que ou não são vistos freqüentemente ou, quando vistos, carecem de maior aprofundamento. Visa também interagir, em suas leituras, com demais profissionais da História no Brasil que se dedicam ao estudo de tais temáticas. Pretende, portanto, atender ao maior número possível de interessados na comunidade historiadora da UFCG e instituições circunvizinhas, abrangendo tanto graduandos como pós-graduandos em História e áreas afins.

Group of Studies on Theory and History of the Historiography of the Federal University of Campina Grande, led by Prof. Dr. Gervácio Batista Aranha. Between April 2009 and May 2011 was coordinated by fellow Fellow Reuni Elton John da Silva Farias; from May 2011 to June 2013 was led by the co-coordinator Reuni André Luiz Almeida Ouriques, both currently Masters in History by the UFCG. The coordination, from now on, and the fact that the Reuni scholarship is no longer awarded to the Graduate Programs, is in charge of the most frequent members of the Group, including the two mentioned, the Master in History Josinaldo Gomes da Silva and graduating in History Hugo Paz de Farias Braga, both by the UFCG.
Group of Permanent Studies that aims to discuss and deepen themes of History Theory, with a previous Programming organized by academic semester, aiming to attend to a repressed demand, in the course of History, regarding the reflection on diverse themes in the scope of historical epistemology, themes which are either not seen frequently or, when seen, need further study. It also aims to interact in its reading with other professionals of History in Brazil who are dedicated to the study of such subjects. It intends, therefore, to attend to the largest possible number of interested in the UFCG historian community and surrounding institutions, including both undergraduate and postgraduate students in History and related fields.
